To ensure the integrity of our temperature-sensitive skincare, we strictly ship orders containing body butters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. This prevents your products from sitting in warm postal transit facilities over the weekend.

Our whipped body butters are made with pure, natural oils and contain zero synthetic stabilizers. Because they can melt in high heat, all skincare orders are packed in specialized thermal foil insulation with sweat-proof gel ice packs.

Important Note: Please monitor your tracking number and ensure someone is available to retrieve the package immediately upon delivery. Do not leave your skincare package sitting on a warm porch or in direct sunlight. Refrigerate your butter as soon as possible.
🚚 Our Carriers & Combined Shipping
We primarily partner with the USPS to deliver your packages safely. However, depending on product dimensions, seasonal temperatures, and urgent delivery needs, we may utilize UPS or FedEx to ensure the fastest, safest route to you.
If you order both jewelry and skincare together, your items will be safely separated inside a single, zone-packed box to keep your jewelry perfectly dry and your skincare perfectly cool.

If you live in our hometown of [Port Saint Lucie, Stuart, Fort Pierce, or Tradition], you can skip the shipping fees entirely! Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout to coordinate a safe in-person pickup at our next local market event.
🏘️If you would like to request delivery to your home or office within our hometown, please note that there is a convenience fee. Deliveries are scheduled for Thursdays and Fridays by 6 PM. We also offer same-day and next-day delivery, depending on product availability, location, and the time of your order.
